Mud flow barrier update
On the eve of spring snowmelt season we updated the scheme of flexible mudflow barrier construction. The design of protective structure has turned out very well. New, more simple and at the same time more reliable posts now equipped with a protective L-profile, has developed new flexible head for ground anchors of different types, top rope is beaded with steel tubes, given a diagram of pretensioning forces of all bearing ropes. And a lot of more learn in the drawings.

2D-GEO W56/4
New chain-link mesh 2D-GEO W56/4 with tensile strenght more than 170 kN/m allows to protect most types of slopes. Geometry of cells allows to use this material with most types of popular ground nails. Diameter 4 mm of a wire provides excellent resistance of material to cutting loads from sharp rocks.

New type of ASW ring net
New product line of ASW ring net with 250 mm diameter has been launched. Small diameter of rings alows to catch smaller boulders with high kinetic energy.
Available standard sizes:
- Four and six-contacts between rings
- Wire diameter: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0 mm.
- Seven and nineteen wire loops in one ring.
ASM net with a ring diameter of 250 mm ensures the greatest protection from the falling small rock material. In most cases usage of additional secondary mesh is not required.
Tensile strenght of ring net ASW-4.25.19/6 up to 3000 kN.
You can hang up to 300 tons on one meter of this net!
